Refund Policy

Customers may request a return within 14 days after receiving their order.

To be eligible for a return:

• the item must be unused

• the item must be in original condition

• the item must be returned in original packaging

Items returned without prior request may not be accepted.

If a return is approved, the refund will be processed after the product has been received and inspected.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.
